This letter of recommendation is being written to let you know how much I appreciate the professional and timely job your firm did for my recently purchased residence in Cape Coral, Florida. As you know I kept your card from last summer when you were honest enough to return my deposit from another residence that was built for me, and had sufficient landscaping installed with it upon completion, and I decided not to add onto it.
When we met recently, you promised me you'd do a good job, and your firm did an even better job than I hoped for, it was truly a transforming landscaping effort on your part. The extra efforts done to help with updating the sprinkler system, emailing progress photos to me, and completing the entire project on time was greatly appreciated.
It's very refreshing to have someone in the service sector do a job that is done right the first time, and for the amount agreed upon at the onset of a project that is time sensitive.
It goes without saying that any Landscaping needs in the future will include your firm in my plans to buy and renovate properties here in Southwest Florida.
