LAWN SERVICE

 

        BASIC LAWN MAINTENANCE

 

          *       Mow, Edge, Weedeat & Blow off Debris

          *       Service will be provided weekly and all plant beds will be
                   trimmed with a stick edger, (not string trimmers) to promote
                   a clean, crisp edge.

          *       All debris on driveways, sidewalks, etc. will be blown off.

 

         

       FULL LAWN MAINTENANCE

 

       **      Weed Control-chemical and/or hand pulling as needed

       **      Conduct monthly inspection of Irrigation system. Customer

                 will be notified of any problems or broke heads.

       **      Grass will be mowed at a horticulturally accepted height for

                 the time of year.

       **      Pruning of Shrubs as necessary to maintain a neat appearance

       **      Debris will be picked up and removed weekly.

       **      An edger will be used on all sidewalks, driveways and plant

                 beds to promote a clean, crisp bed line.

       **      All clippings on sidewalks, driveways & paved areas will be
